All pieces must be unworn, in brand new condition, and in the original packaging with tags still attached. Please make sure to follow instructions correctly on how to measure your wrist for the correct bangle size. Failure to not take care of your jewelry can result in damage. - What if I need to return my item? We know you will love our jewelry. Jewelry must be returned in original package with tags still attached and not worn or damaged. Wearing jewelry can scratch or damaged the jewelry making it non re-sellable. Non-custom pieces must be returned within 14 business days of receipt (based on USPS timestamp date received). Custom and personalized items are non-returnable. Please reach out with any concerns.
- What if I need to exchange my bangle bracelet for another size? As long as the bangle is returned within 14 days of receipt per USPS timestamp and unworn in original packaging with tags still attached, it can be returned. Exchanges can only be made for in person returns. A small fee or refund will be included if a different size is chosen. If you need a new size and can only mail back the jewelry a full return will need to be made. Once the refund in processed you will be able to purchase the new size. All custom personalized pieces are final sale and are non-returnable.
- How to Return My Jewelry? The jewelry must be returned via mail if not delivered in person within 14 business days with a tracking number. Lost or damaged returned jewelry in the mail is not the responsibility of Anna Shae Jewelry. Please make sure you track and insure your return package. - What Happens After I Return My Jewelry? If you have mailed a return package with the contents in new condition and undamaged you will receive a refund for the price of the bangle and taxes. Shipping will not be refunded. If the jewelry is damaged upon return a refund will not be processed. If you would like to hand deliver your return please schedule a time locally in Lexington, Kentucky. Once the jewelry as been inspected for wear and damage a refund will be given.
